How to Delete Your Account
Follow these steps to permanently delete your account:
- Open the NextUp app on your device
- Go to your Profile tab
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:
- Your profile and account information
- Watchlist and saved movies
- Ratings and reviews
- Discussion posts and comments
- Community points and tier progress
- Viewing preferences and onboarding data
Processing Time
Account deletion is processed immediately upon confirmation. All personal data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days of the deletion request.
Important
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. If you wish to use NextUp again, you will need to create a new account.
